Does my monthly price ever go up?
Our pricing isn’t a flashy promotional rate - it’s fair and transparent from the start. Over time, there may be minor adjustments to ensure you continue receiving top-notch service. But don’t worry - we’re talking about just a dollar or two per year at most. No surprises, just straightforward savings. Plus, you can purchase the equipment at any time, giving you ultimate savings and flexibility.
What happens if I move?
Moving? No problem. Our Go Flex plan is fully transferable to the next homeowner, allowing them to seamlessly pick up where you left off. Just let us know 30 days before your move, and we’ll handle the rest. We’re here to make your move hassle-free, just the way it should be.
What happens to my old tank?
We’ve got it covered. We’ll take care of draining, disconnecting, and removing your old tank, even returning it to your previous supplier. If you’re still under contract, you’ll be responsible for any fees or buyouts from your current provider. You won’t have to lift a finger (except maybe to wave goodbye to the hassle).
