We needed to replace our furnace and water tank, and went with GoLime. They scheduled us pretty quickly and what a difference! Our water heats up no problem and lasts, the house heats up quickly, and the new duct work Travis installed has improved heating and cooling to an otherwise hard to heat/cool room. We noticed however that there was a leak coming from our existing humidifier saddle valve and contacted GoLime. Travis came out and quickly fixed the humidifier problem. Instead of changing the valve to another compression saddle valve, he replaced the entire (existing) connection to a proper shut off valve—so that we wouldn’t encounter the same problem. Everything’s working great. Travis really knows his stuff and was both professional and honest, and we’re very happy with the after service care we received from GoLime and Travis.
