1.1. Go Lime Inc. specializes in the direct installation of our equipment and services at customer locations across Ontario.
1.2. We do not ship products to customers; instead, we provide professional installation services for all our offerings.
2. Installation Services
2.1. Standard Installation: a) Go Lime Inc. provides free standard installation for all our products and services. b) Standard installation includes basic setup, configuration, and testing of the equipment.
2.2. Installation Timeframes: a) We aim to schedule installations within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. b) Specific installation dates and times will be arranged with the customer.
3. Additional Charges
3.1. Go Lime Inc. reserves the right to levy additional charges based on specific requirements or circumstances, including but not limited to: a) Complex installations requiring extra time or specialized equipment b) Remote or difficult-to-access locations c) Non-standard configurations or integrations with existing systems d) After-hours or weekend installation requests
3.2. Any potential additional charges will be communicated to the customer before the installation is scheduled.
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1. Customers are responsible for ensuring: a) Access to the installation site at the agreed-upon time b) A safe working environment for our technicians c) Any necessary permissions or approvals (e.g., landlord approval for renters)
4.2. Customers should inform Go Lime Inc. of any potential complications or special requirements before the installation date.
5. Equipment Handling
5.1. All equipment will be transported and handled by our trained technicians.
5.2. Customers are not responsible for receiving or handling equipment prior to installation.
6. Post-Installation Support
6.1. Our technicians will provide basic usage instructions after installation.
6.2. For ongoing support or issues post-installation, customers can contact our Care Team.
7. Cancellation or Rescheduling
7.1. To cancel or reschedule an installation, please contact our Care Team at least 24 hours in advance.
7.2. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
8. Service Area
8.1. Go Lime Inc. primarily serves Ontario. For inquiries about installations outside our standard service area, please contact our Care Team.
9. Changes to Installation Policy
9.1. Go Lime Inc. reserves the right to modify this installation policy at any time.
9.2. Any changes will be communicated to customers and updated on our website.
