My tank needed replacing when the Enercare service technician damaged it. I was without hot water for 3 days when I decided to give go lime a call. Installation was fast and professional. They removed old Heater, returned and cancel my subscription to previous company, and install new one.
For a thankless water heater, you have to wait about 20 seconds when you turn on the faucet for the hot water to come in, but then you will get water at a constant temperature, no matter how long you shower.
I have 3 penalty charges from enbridge. Still waiting to hear back from you regarding a refund
