Going tankless from a tank based hot water heater was a bit of a learning experience but I'm glad we made the jump. The Rinnai 160 is working flawlessly with minimal " warm up" time and seemingly endless hot water. GoLime was great to work with and installed it quickly and as promised, eithout any hiccups or gotchas. When I found that the initial default temperature setting was a bit too low, their installation people returned the next day and adjusted it for me. Im looking forward to my first gas bill to compare the gas consumption between the tankless and the previous hot water heaters.
Perfect installation. Mehdi was here on time walked me through all the new equipment and was incredibly professional. Both our heat pump and tankless water heater are a vast improvement from our old 40L 16 year old tank and 27 year old AC compressor unit. So happy to go with Go Lime and would definitely recommend Mehdi for any installation of your equipment!

If you're looking to replace your hot water tank, you cannot find a better place to deal with. Talk to Darren, he's knowledgeable and is not the typical sales guy, he wants the best for you and will walk you through options. I couldn't find a better price out there, just the unit itself at home Depot or Rona cost more then the combination of the unit and labour to install it with Go Lime. I will be reaching out to Darren in the future when I need to replace my AC or furnace.
