Very efficient and organized. The crew did a great job.
Customer service was excellent. Answered all my questions, quick to respond when I had an inquiry. Initial point of contact to install date was very quick. Alex did an incredible job removing my old tank and installing my new tankless. His work was very clean, and repaired and tidied up some poor workmanship on waterlines that enbridge installers had done previously. He was very professional and arrived on time. Alex provided information at all points during installation. He was prepared and very organized with his tools and required materials for the installation. His skillset was evident during the entire process.
My only complaint would be the plumber subcontractor that was sent to connect a permanent drain a few days later. He missed the first window (9-1) with no call to indicate he was going to be late. I contacted Go lime customer service they were helpful to contact the first plumber and arrange for a second one to be sent to my home. Sadly this plumber arrived at 4:48 (1-5 window) to connect the drain.
Installation contractor Alex and customer service could not have been better. They met and exceeded my expectations. Despite the experience with the full day lost waiting for the plumber to come and connect a permanent draining system I am still very happy with Go lime. Tankless is great, it is incredibly quiet to run. I love not hearing the old tank cycle on and off to keep the water heated. Monthly cost is less than I was paying to rent a tank, with half the expense going towards purchase price of tankless. This savings plus reduced gas consumption makes this decision easy.
