What's Included:
Every plan covers one annual visit from an experienced Go Lime technician who will service your water heater from top to bottom:
- Tank Flushing removes sediment buildup that reduces efficiency and shortens the unit's lifespan
- Flame Rod Cleaning ensures proper ignition and clean, efficient combustion every cycle
- Temperature Adjustment verifies your temperature settings are optimized for both safety and energy savings
- Gas Line & Venting Inspection checks gas lines for leaks and confirms proper venting to prevent hazardous buildup
- Plumbing Inspection examines all plumbing connections near the unit and flags anything that could affect performance
What's Not Covered?
To keep things transparent, the following are excluded from this plan:
- Full water heater unit replacement
- Issues caused by improper installation
- Damage from external factors such as flooding or fire
- Ancillary equipment — water softeners, filtration systems, and similar add-ons
