Plumbing Protection Plan

Description

Unexpected plumbing problems don't wait for a convenient time. This plan covers the pipes and drains inside your home and on your property — right up to the municipal connection so you're protected when it matters most.

What's Included?
Our certified technicians handle diagnosis and repair of plumbing and drainage systems within your home's interior and property boundary. Coverage applies to shared plumbing systems in multi-unit dwellings, provided your system meets local Plumbing Code standards.

Covered Services:

  • Blocked toilets, sinks, and showers — fast clearance of common household blockages
  • One-time auger and camera inspection — for hard-to-reach below-grade drain blockages
  • Isolation valves — maintenance and repair downstream from your main shutoff valve
  • Mixing valves — replacement of existing units
  • Laundry tub primer line — full replacement when required
  • Toilet moving components — replacement of internal working parts
  • Appliance piping — for humidifiers and refrigerators
  • Outdoor hose bibs — non-frost-free types only
  • Additional repair costs — as required for all covered components

A Note on Physical Drain Repairs

If a camera inspection reveals the need for substantial physical drain work such as a main drain replacement or grease blockage flushing — we will provide a detailed estimate. Please note:

  • Physical drain repairs of this nature are not covered under this plan
  • No further plumbing work will proceed until those repairs are completed

What's Not Covered?
To keep things clear and transparent, the following are excluded from this plan:

Equipment:

  • Water heaters, water softeners, filtration systems
  • Boilers, radiators, humidifiers
  • Septic outflow, pools, sump pumps

Fixtures:

  • Sink basins, bathtubs, showers, bidets
  • Toilet components, related motors or heaters

Piping:

  • Galvanized, lead, cast iron, non-PEX plastic, or orange Ky-Tec piping

Specific Parts & Services:

  • Dual flush toilet mechanics and Saniflo electrical units
  • Faucet washers and cartridge repairs or replacements
  • Routine plumbing inspections
  • Drain and catch basin cleaning services
  • Pipe replacement due to design flaws or structural integrity issues
  • Frozen or freeze-damaged pipes
  • Frost-free outdoor hose bibs
  • Radiant in-floor heating systems

Situations Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or settling
  • Issues arising from faulty fixtures or equipment
  • Municipal water service changes or problems
  • Heat pump-related plumbing expenses

Frequently Asked Questions

Does my monthly price ever go up?

Our pricing isn’t a flashy promotional rate - it’s fair and transparent from the start. Over time, there may be minor adjustments to ensure you continue receiving top-notch service. But don’t worry - we’re talking about just a dollar or two per year at most. No surprises, just straightforward savings. Plus, you can purchase the equipment at any time, giving you ultimate savings and flexibility.

What happens if I move?

Moving? No problem. Our Go Flex plan is fully transferable to the next homeowner, allowing them to seamlessly pick up where you left off. Just let us know 30 days before your move, and we’ll handle the rest. We’re here to make your move hassle-free, just the way it should be.

How long have you been in business?

Is Go Flex a rental, and what is the term?

Go Flex isn’t a never-ending rental contract. It’s a game-changer: an industry-first flexible 180-month subscription with an anytime purchase option. Here’s how it works: 50% of your monthly payment reduces your purchase price, while the other 50% covers 24/7 service, annual maintenance, and unlimited parts and labour coverage. You get all the perks of ownership without the headaches—and the flexibility to purchase the equipment at any time.

What happens to my old tank?

We’ve got it covered. We’ll take care of draining, disconnecting, and removing your old tank, even returning it to your previous supplier. If you’re still under contract, you’ll be responsible for any fees or buyouts from your current provider. You won’t have to lift a finger (except maybe to wave goodbye to the hassle).

What is the process for returning my old Water Heater to my existing provider?

For your convenience, we ensure that your old water heater is returned to the existing provider within 30 calendar days. Our team handles the process efficiently, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. If you have any questions or need further assistance, we're always here to help.
