It was a pleasant experience with GoLime. First of all in my particular case, the builder's 10 years old hot water tank was rented and price per month increased every 6 months for the past 5 years - every time I called to the firm - they promised not to increase in future and reduced rate for $1 or $2 and in the next season all the same. So, when the price per month came around $40 for 10 years old HWT - I decided to replace it and go away from this firm.

Accidentally I found GoLime, clicked on their website and discovered it very informative and easy to navigate. After I browsed it and spoke with a sales team, I received answers for all my questions and in 2 days the company installed me brand new HWT and removed an old one and now I am paying 2 times less for brand new equipment.

Most noticeable things for me: 1 - brand new, nicely looking hot water tank. 2 - cost half of what I paid last 12 months. 3 - more quiet in operation and 4 - less time it is in heating mode, so I suppose I will pay less for gas and electricity.

After a couple of weeks I checked GoLime's website again and found they offererring ELITE series LENNOX furnaces with a high efficiency rating of 97. Wow, I did research and found it will definitely save me on gas and electricity in the long run and most importantly it is supposed to be much quieter than my old furnace by the same brand LENNOX, but with a lower efficiency rating installed by the builder 10 years ago. 

So I decided to replace it and the result is perfect - super quiet and equipped with various speed blower. Being in contact with several people in GoLime, I definitely would recommend Rizvan - he answers all my questions with great knowledge and passion and my BIG THANKS to Alex, installer and Travis, service. What a pros! As to the paperwork itself - same 1 minute online application and in 2 days new furnace installed and old one removed.

I also need to mention my several contacts with other companies and the conclusion that GoLime was most suitable for me for the quality of equipment I choose, pricing, easy communication and quick jobs done.

We needed to replace our furnace and water tank, and went with GoLime. They scheduled us pretty quickly and what a difference! Our water heats up no problem and lasts, the house heats up quickly, and the new duct work Travis installed has improved heating and cooling to an otherwise hard to heat/cool room. We noticed however that there was a leak coming from our existing humidifier saddle valve and contacted GoLime. Travis came out and quickly fixed the humidifier problem. Instead of changing the valve to another compression saddle valve, he replaced the entire (existing) connection to a proper shut off valve—so that we wouldn’t encounter the same problem. Everything’s working great. Travis really knows his stuff and was both professional and honest, and we’re very happy with the after service care we received from GoLime and Travis.

Han is very professional, helpful, and did a great job on my heating system.
