Go Flex isn’t a never-ending rental contract. It’s a game-changer: an industry-first flexible 180-month subscription with an anytime purchase option. Here’s how it works: 50% of your monthly payment reduces your purchase price, while the other 50% covers 24/7 service, annual maintenance, and unlimited parts and labour coverage. You get all the perks of ownership without the headaches—and the flexibility to purchase the equipment at any time.
We’ve got it covered. We’ll take care of draining, disconnecting, and removing your old tank, even returning it to your previous supplier. If you’re still under contract, you’ll be responsible for any fees or buyouts from your current provider. You won’t have to lift a finger (except maybe to wave goodbye to the hassle).
For your convenience, we ensure that your old water heater is returned to the existing provider within 30 calendar days. Our team handles the process efficiently, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. If you have any questions or need further assistance, we're always here to help.
