Team Kamal did a great job. Quick, clean and efficient! Nice respectful contractors. Go Lime was expedient, efficient and very responsive. So far the water heater is working wonderfully and I really appreciate the helpful care and maintenance tips they sent me as well. Simple things to prolong the life and efficiency are easy but only if you know about them! Thank you Go Lime. The installers (2) came later than scheduled (6:15 p.m. instead of between 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.); They were courteous and efficient. However, they did not explain the functioning of the unit and did not leave us with a printed manual/guide, as they were supposed to, according to the installation certification form. The place was left neat, with a well functioning unit. We have noticed warmer water with better pressure the next morning.
