The installers (2) came later than scheduled (6:15 p.m. instead of between 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.); They were courteous and efficient. However, they did not explain the functioning of the unit and did not leave us with a printed manual/guide, as they were supposed to, according to the installation certification form. The place was left neat, with a well functioning unit. We have noticed warmer water with better pressure the next morning.
