Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
- The Go Lime Referral Program ("Program") allows existing customers ("Referrers") to refer friends and family ("Referees") to make a qualifying purchase and earn rewards. By participating in the Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
- The Program is open to existing Go Lime customers.
- Referees must be new customers who have never purchased from Go Lime before.
- The Program is available to individuals only, not businesses or organizations or for Go Lime commercial customers.
- Go Lime reserves the right to verify participant eligibility.
3. How the Program Works
- Referrers must send unique codes to their friends and families by entering their friends and family's email addresses through our "Refer a Friend" portal.
- The Referee must use the referee's discount or code at checkout on their first purchase.
- Once the Referee makes a qualifying purchase, the Referrer will receive a reward after the referee's equipment has been installed.
- There is no limit to how many people a Referrer can invite.
4. Referral Reward
- Referrers will receive a $50 voucher via email for each successful referral.
- Vouchers can be redeemed at checkout on a new equipment purchase.
- Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Referee's Vouchers expire 30 days from the issue date.
5. Qualifying Purchases
- Only purchases of new equipment through Go Flex subscription or Go Pay qualify.
- Subscription renewals, upgrades, or additional purchases by existing customers do not qualify.
- Referees must complete their purchase using the referral code emailed to them.
6. Restrictions & Misuse
- Referrers cannot refer themselves using a different account.
- Referral codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
- The Program is intended for personal and non-commercial use.
- Any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical behavior (e.g., spam, fake accounts) will result in disqualification.
- Go Lime reserves the right to void any orders that show signs of potential misuse or abuse of the referral program.
7. Program Changes & Termination
- Go Lime reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes will be updated in these Terms & Conditions.
- If the Program is discontinued, outstanding referral vouchers will remain valid until their expiration date.
