Jeff leads Go Lime as President & CEO, working alongside a talented team that has built the company into one of Canada’s most innovative home and commercial services platforms — pioneering a digital-first, no-pressure buying experience that has reset expectations in the industry. In 2025, Go Lime joined the Basalt Infrastructure Partners portfolio, positioning the company for its next phase of growth. Previously, Jeff held senior leadership roles at Enercare and spent nearly two decades at Bell Canada. An Ivey HBA graduate, he serves as an active Board Director and is engaged in his community through volunteer work. Outside of work, Jeff’s happy place is with his family and travelling to new places around the world each year.

Alex serves as Chief Operating Officer at Go Lime, leading marketing, sales, and growth across the business. He brings a combination of financial acumen and entrepreneurial drive, having co-founded and scaled multiple ventures across fintech, consumer and commercial lending, and home services. Earlier in his career, Alex worked in High Yield Origination at RBC Capital Markets. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Outside of work, he enjoys a daily 6am workout, torturing himself by being a fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs, and spending time with his young family.

Lucie serves as Chief Financial Officer at Go Lime, leading finance, accounting, strategy and planning, tax, treasury, and corporate development. A fluently bilingual C-Suite executive, she brings end-to-end M&A experience across both public and private company settings, having driven growth and profitability at some of Canada’s most iconic brands in telecommunications, professional services, financial technology, and media. Previously, Lucie served as Chief Financial Officer at Beanfield Communications and Allstream, and held senior finance leadership roles at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada, D+H Corporation, Rogers Communications, and Bell Canada. She is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from HEC Montréal (University of Montréal). Lucie currently serves as an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair on the boards of Lumine Group (TSXV: LMN.V) and OntarioMD. Outside of work, Lucie is an avid gardener and amateur mixologist.

Sobie serves as SVP & Chief Technology Officer at Go Lime, leading the company’s technology strategy and digital transformation. He oversees the systems, platforms, and processes that power Go Lime’s customer experience and operations. Sobie brings an entrepreneurial background, having founded multiple award-winning HVAC technology startups, along with experience developing technologies for the aerospace sector. He holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering — though these days he spends more time thinking about your furnace filter than the dark side of the moon. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and spending time with his family.

Kseniya serves as SVP, Customer Operations at Go Lime, leading Dispatch, Customer Care, Billing & Collections, and Escalations & Retention. Over 15 years — through the company’s many evolutions — she has grown alongside the business, building and scaling high-performing teams that consistently deliver on growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction. She helped bring Go Lime on as a delivery partner for the GreenON thermostat program and has championed the company’s shift to digital agreement signing and CRM modernization. A people-first leader, Kseniya is passionate about building teams and customer experiences that earn lasting loyalty. Outside of work, Kseniya loves to read and spend time at the gym (she recently ran a half marathon!).

Cameron serves as SVP, Field Operations, Procurement & Commercial at Go Lime, bringing more than 21 years of leadership across residential HVAC, mechanical services, pipelines, and refinery operations throughout Canada. He has led large-scale operational, integration, and acquisition initiatives focused on accelerating growth, optimizing procurement and field execution, and building scalable service platforms in high-demand environments. Known for his decisive leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams, Cameron combines deep technical expertise with strong operational and commercial discipline — fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and long-term value creation. Outside of work, you can find Cameron in his happy place, which is always on the water in his boat.

Masrur serves as SVP, Finance at Go Lime, bringing 15 years of leadership experience to the finance team. A results-oriented CPA, he is focused on building the financial infrastructure needed to scale effectively. His expertise spans systems development, process improvement, and strengthening internal controls — mitigating risk while maximizing efficiency. A graduate of the Schulich School of Business, Masrur pairs technical depth with operational insight to help guide Go Lime’s strategy. Outside of work, Masrur loves spending time with his family and has watched Seinfeld so many times he regularly connects real-life situations to scenes from the show.

Nate leads Marketing & Growth at Go Lime, where he has built the digital growth engine across brand, performance marketing, e-commerce, and revenue systems. His team’s work powers Go Flex, the subscription platform central to Go Lime’s next phase of growth — reshaping marketing in a traditionally offline industry. Across 15 years in Ontario’s HVAC industry, Nate has led sales teams of 40+ and now leads a marketing team of 7, with personal sales records that remain unbroken across every category Go Lime serves today. Outside of work, he’s a specialty coffee devotee, often found in cafés with his young family.

Dushyanth serves as VP, Retail Sales & Business Development at Go Lime, bringing more than 15 years of leadership experience in HVAC sales and business growth. He has built a strong reputation for driving organizational performance through high-performing teams, scalable sales strategies, and a results-focused culture. Throughout his career, Dushyanth has consistently delivered strong business outcomes and exceeded growth objectives. Prior to Go Lime, he held leadership roles at Enercare and National Home Services, where he played a key role in advancing sales performance and business development initiatives. Outside of work, you can find Dushyanth in a boxing ring or the gym almost every day of the week!

Liby serves as VP, Inside Experts at Go Lime, bringing over a decade of leadership in the HVAC industry. He combines analytical thinking with a customer-centric approach that consistently creates win-win outcomes for clients and partners alike. Passionate about decarbonization and innovative HVAC solutions, Liby champions a sustainable future while leveraging data and metrics to drive measurable success. He holds a Bachelor of Science from York University and is committed to advancing the industry through purposeful, results-oriented leadership.

Sarika serves as Director, Human Resources at Go Lime, with over 14 years of HR leadership experience spanning organizational growth, talent strategy, employee engagement, and operational transformation. She is passionate about building people-first cultures, leading organizational change, and developing strategies that empower employees while supporting long-term business success. Sarika brings deep experience across recruitment, performance management, compensation strategy, HR compliance, policy development, and organizational integration. Outside of work, she likes to dance, try different restaurants, and spend time with family and friends.

Rahul joined Go Lime in 2026, bringing more than a decade of legal experience. He began his career in New York City as a litigator focused on medical malpractice defense, before returning to Toronto in 2020 and expanding his practice into real estate, commercial, and corporate transactions. At Go Lime, Rahul leads the company’s legal, compliance, corporate affairs, and privacy operations, serves as Corporate Secretary, and is a member of the senior leadership team. Prior to joining Go Lime, he served as sole Legal Counsel for a diversified mid-sized enterprise with operations across manufacturing, real estate, retail, hospitality, and energy. Rahul is admitted to practice in Ontario and New York. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing rugby, swimming, and tennis.

Ben leads Go Lime’s Partnerships team, overseeing key relationships including the dealer program and The Home Depot. With over 12 years at Go Lime, he brings a deep understanding of the business, having held a variety of roles across the organization. Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and long walks on the beach.
